Our tour will begin in Kotor, one of the most beautiful towns in Montenegro. We will drive you in a Comfort vehicle with a professional tour driver. The first stop on our tour is the Panorama of Kotor, one of the most beautiful parts of Montenegro and space on the Earth. Then we will take a long scenic ride through the mountains of Montenegro on the way to Žabljak and national park Durmitor.
Žabljak is the center of Montenegro’s mountain tourism. The entire area of Durmitor mountain is protected as a national park and offers great possibilities for both winter and summer mountain tourism. Among the main tourist attractions of Durmitor are 18 glacier lakes, the biggest and closest to Žabljak is Crno jezero, literally “Black Lake.” In addition to skiing, Durmitor is also becoming a popular snowboarding destination.
A tour stop destination will be the Panorama of Žabljak where you can see the beautiful mountain Durmitor.
After national park Durmitor, you will visit the Great Bridge on Tara River. Here you can go Zip-line and Rafting.
Since 1977, Tara River has had the status of a biosphere reserve (MAB). Just a few years later, in 1980, Durmitor National Park was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List due to its Tara River Canyon.
